- Scope of Application
This refund policy applies to all LightGlow LLC products purchased within the United States.
Shipping options displayed at checkout are limited to addresses within the United States.
We do not currently offer refunds or returns for international orders. - Return and Refund Conditions
To ensure a smooth refund process, returned items must meet the following conditions:
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Items must remain in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused (items used in a way that prevents resale cannot be returned).
Returned items must include all accompanying accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if applicable).
For returns unrelated to quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs; for returns due to quality issues or shipping damage, LightGlow LLC will cover the return shipping costs. - Refund Process
Please contact customer service via email at service@lightglow.cc, providing your order number, the reason for the return, and relevant photos (e.g., showing damage or defects).
We will review your return request upon receipt and send you a return confirmation.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, LightGlow LLC will process the refund via the original payment method within 3–5 business days. - Shipping and Courier Information

Shipping time is typically 2–5 business days (this may vary slightly depending on the destination and logistics conditions).
We recommend retaining your return tracking number to monitor the package’s status. - Important Refund Notes
The refund amount is based on the actual condition of the item upon receipt and inspection.
LightGlow LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item cannot be resold due to use or damage caused by the customer.
Additional costs incurred during return shipping (for non-quality-related returns) must be borne by the customer.
