  1. What products do you sell?
    LightGlow LLC specializes in ambient lighting products, including but not limited to:
    LED ambient lights
    Smart light strips

  2. Where do you ship to?
    Currently, we primarily ship to customers within the United States. Please refer to the information displayed at checkout for specific shipping coverage.
  3. How soon will my order ship?
    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
    Processing times may be extended during holidays, major promotional events, or due to force majeure.
  4. How can I check my order status?
    Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email containing shipping details and a tracking number.
    You can use the tracking information provided in the email to monitor your package’s delivery status.
  5. Can I modify or cancel my order?
    If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
    Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
  6. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
    If the item you receive is damaged during shipping, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

    Photos of the item
    Description of the issue
    We will provide an appropriate solution after verifying the details.
  7. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

  8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

  10. Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

  11. Do the products come with a warranty?

  12. Why does the actual product color differ slightly from the image?
    Slight color variations between the actual product and the website images may occur due to differences in monitor settings, shooting environments, lighting conditions, and production batches. This is normal and does not affect the product’s functionality.
